Hall Hire

We’re pleased to hire our hall to other groups and private functions to help us with our running costs.

The Phoenix Centre consists of:

  • A large, bright modern hall – Measuring 16m(L) * 12m(W), 3m – 3.75m at it’s shortest height to tallest
  • A large reception / waiting area
  • A meeting room
  • A modern kitchen
  • Male / Female and disabled toilets including baby changing facilities
  • Ample parking
  • Secure entrance / exits
  • Ample supply of tables and chairs

For private events such as birthday party’s we offer a 3 hour package for £75.

Bookings are made online ONLY, and payment is required in full 7 days prior to a booking, with a non-refundable deposit to secure bookings.

We also offer a bouncy castle for the little ones at a rate of just £35.

For private events on weekends we’re extremely popular and tend to book up around 3 months in advance, so it’s worth enquiring in plenty of time to avoid disappointment.

Booking Terms:

  • Bookings will be confirmed after a online deposit is received
  • The remaining balance is due at the latest, 7 days before the event. If this is not paid, we reserve the right to cancel your booking, so we have the opportunity to re-hire.
  • You are able to bring in your own entertainment providers, however they must be adequately insured with in date PAT tests on equipment
  • You will be responsible for any damage to the hall, including fixtures and fittings or injury’s that occur during your event
  • You must not use drawing pins / sellotape etc…to affix items to the walls, you can however use blutack
  • You must remove all rubbish created as a result of your event, we typically have plenty of black bags, however it’s advisable to bring a few
  • By booking, you agree to the above terms
